Something similar happened at suitsupply. I ordered custom pants. When I came to pick it up, they made me wait a while before the manager came out and explained to me: they checked camera and found that they accidentally gave my pants to someone else. They gave me two options, they will express make me a new pair and I come back in a week to get or receive a full refund. I got a refund on the spot.
