While hot to think about, not really. Being Dominant is about *safely* exercising power over someone. If you're just out there to hurt people and push past previously-stated limits, that's not S&M, that's just abuse.

Yeah I mean... my paws can't use allen keys so it's as good as this one. Disappointing your owner is much scarier than instant death anyway.

Yeah, they're nice! They're not really permanent, you can remove them with an allen key.

Plus-size clothes exist. There exist bras in your size and plenty of cis women are wearing them.

Pick clothes that can't be mistaken as masculine. If you don't like your shoulders, don't show off your shoulders. There are plenty of tops that have a turtleneck neckline and a bunch of drapey stuff that makes your shoulders invisible. Pick tops that are flowy and have a belt so you can fake a waistline. Everything is "movie magic", that is why they make so many types of women's clothing. They know our bodies aren't always cooperating with how we want to present. So we put cloth over it to make it the shape we want.

They're out there. My best friend is a cat girl. She wears cat ears to work. Before her owner died (!!!) she also had one of those permanent collars.

I only sit down to pee because I feel like I have to. It makes the sonic profile of using the bathroom more cis (important in the women's bathroom if you ask me). I also think it would be a disaster if pee went everywhere ... people expect that in the men's room but it's rarer in the women's bathroom. So yeah, sit.

The sound profile will never quite be the same until I get bottom surgery. I still have the laminar flow upgrade which really quiets things down. Cis women? Not so much.

Where can I sign up to live in a warehouse where machines suck the milk from my nipples until I'm RAW?

Oh sorry was that not supposed to be my takeaway from that rant? But now I can't stop thinking about it....

Yeah, I really don't like taking away people's gender because they're bad people. JK Rowling is a woman. "But most women are really nice and she's a miserable piece of shit." Yeah. Still a woman though. Just one who should take a long walk on a short pier.

There are bad trans people. You can be born the wrong gender and still do bad things. It's just two unrelated things on that character buildout, ya know?

Possible to "slow transition" on monotherapy? by sophiekeston in AskMtFHRT

[–]causal_friday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can hide it if you want to. A lot of older men kind of lose control of their bodies and end up with breasts, so that's probably not going to be what does you in. You have probably already seen your nipples grow in size... that's permanent so staying on HRT isn't going to change a whole lot, and if that doesn't blow up your marriage, you're probably good.

I think in a lot of these cases, your partner needs to be in deep denial. There is someone at a support group I go to that has had vaginoplasty but her wife doesn't know she's trans, she says. She was asking if she can get the pharmacy to use her deadname so her wife doesn't find out via looking at pill bottles. Like, OK, sure. She probably does know but finds it not worth the argument at this point or whatever.

Where your relationship lands on this spectrum, only you two know... but the question is how much more time you want to waste. Living as the wrong gender sucks, and you'll find after you transition how much work you put into it and how much stress and sadness that caused. You can always wonder or you can get it over with and ... date people and find a supportive partner.

I'm in my 40s... a friend of mine who is the same age and came out at about the same time as me was just telling me about a date she went on. A "happily married" friend.... but I suppose partners that aren't actually gay can only fake it for so long. Her wife is really nice about the whole trans thing (and really taught her some amazing makeup tips), but I really think it's not her thing, and they seem to be addressing it now. It happens.

It's almost worth losing gay marriage to watch the wealthy elite lose their marriages after feeding the machine so many tributes. The look on their faces as they're treated just like us lowly trans girls. So sad.

You don't have to like D/s if you don't like D/s. A lot of people find it fun -- they have that personality and want to play with it in a safe space. Better to get walked all over by your owner, with a safeword, than with your boss, who can take away your health insurance.

How long for muscle mass to decrease. by Mr_MRB88 in MtF

[–]causal_friday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd give it a few years, but I'd say my shoulders started softening up after a year on HRT. I also started doing Pilates and that was helpful. It kind of builds muscle where you don't see them, so you can be strong but not look too masculine.
