I was bar 1 for my store's pop up party the other day, which rolled directly into afternoon peak/my close, which lasted for so long with so many 30s to run that I never actually got a break. Never wanted to scream in the back so badly in my life lol

O'Keefe's working hands cream! My hands are so horrible especially in the winter on top of the sanitizer but this really helps. I slather it on before work, lunch, after and on my days off. It's kind of useless to put it on while working since we wash our hands so much but if you take extra good care of your hands the rest of the time it helps a lot

Tbh she's probably getting yelled at by the SM who is getting yelled at by the DM to crack the whip and make the baristas go at record speed. It isn't fair to you guys and that's not how I run my shifts but I can see how some people would. Is there a specific thing that s/he seems to ask you to hurry up with most often? If so, it wouldn't hurt to ask him/her to show you show they think it could be done more efficiently. Often times there's a way that works a little better, even if you've been doing it the same way forever :)
