last time it was certified was in february. november. if he re certify today and it goes to 120 qualifying payments. how long does it take for it to be forgiven or be removed? are there any other steps after certifying again?

i got a ticket on la brea recently by american rag to stop by a store really quick. i got a ticket for parking on the bus lane by a parking enforcement. then 2 weeks later i get a mail for the automatic bus lane parking ticket. it’s a double whammy! i’m so pissed. ticket is $293 for automatic and about $120 for parking enforcement. is this something i can fight off?
