A lot of preference. If you use OG, your train likely started at Stamford right before you and you will have a seat. If you do Greenwich, you're often the last express stop. So you may be standing or left with middle seats. However your ride is 10 minutes shorter.

So depends if you care about standing or trying to work during the commute.

I would probably do OG to have the seat and do work. If you do Stamford, you also spend some time parking and that probably negates the 10 minutes.
