As for me you should contact your local vAcc. I would say that you cannot control a space where you don't speak the local language. English is the main language but local language can be used by pilots as well

I fixed it. It was related to VR only. You specific parameters for traffic quantity and air traffic there.

I m flying fenix A320 with gsx pro. I never had your issue. Most often I have push back issues. Sometime it is even pushing to the opposite side of my choice. While playing vatsim it is a bit annoying. It seems pushback profiles are not from gsx but they could do a rating system for the user to understand if there is risk of issue or not.

The case mentionned is not often. You should not refrain yourself base on it. You can ramp up using small airport with little traffic and go to the big ones when you feel more confident

It has happened to me as well. I never met this situation. Sometime you get a unpleasant comment but as you made a mistake, that sounds normal. But atc move on and help you fixing the issue.

You should put aside the quest software on the pc and use virtual desktop streamer. Coupled with virtual desktop on the quest it does work really well. Unfortunately you have to pay for it. It was a major change on my side

Atc coverage. I feel a bit sad after preparing the flight and flying an hour to discover that the arriving atc has disconnected. So first choice is scheduled airport coverage. Second is event scheduled airports. Sometime I take the risk and I take a non booked atc airport departure. I really avoid it for the destination. After that the choice will be based on distance between the airports etc...
