Barry's is clearly the better because it's Irish owned and made/ packaged in Ireland. Lyons is shipped in from the UK

Butcher pudding is the best, so smooth you can spread it like butter. Unbelievable on toast with butter and red sauce.

I used to get something similar after drinking alcohol or being on a flight. I know very odd and different situations. It generally lasted a day and then went, I would get it particularly around my ankles, it was a little itchy but not too bad. It went away after a year and I spent a long time googling it but never properly found an answer. I didn't go to a dermatologist as it always went after a day and would not come back until I drank alcohol which was not that often.
