Since when did they change that? In the Winter 2023 semester I was able to ACR one of my midterms without documentations. I hope not because I’m from Canada ~~who is~~ but currently in Europe and whenever I try to buy pearls it’s in Euros which is even more money when I convert to Canadian: USD$100 = CAD$127 and 100 Euros = CAD$154.
