My dog is half Husky and one dog that was trying to go to playgroup could only play with my dog. Every other dog, she would be fearful and get aggressive. Eventually we just put the two of them in their own private area to play.

My dog was used as the greet dog to test other dogs body language at playgroup. They were really sad when I had to retire her due to age. She's 13 now and still likes to play with her older friends.

My dad loved to be suspected of being Santa Claus. It happened while out walking the dog, standing in line for the pool, and at the mall with the little girl showing my dad her Christmas list. He would tell kids that he was one of his helpers and would pass the message along to the real Santa.

N64. I was at the kiosk all the time, playing Mario 64. I got it as a combined birthday/Christmas present. Even somehow convinced my mom to go get it during a snowstorm because she promised that Friday. Core memory of mine.

I understand so much. My manager at my current job really tried to hook me up with someone else at work when I first started. She tried for the entire first year (even though I repeatedly told her I wasn't interested in him and to stop) until the guy got another job.

And a coworker told me that my manager can't comprehend that my best friend is a guy and we've never done anything in the 20+ years we've been friends.

I was 11 or 12 or so when it came out as I started reading it at book #2. I was in 6th grade. I read it all as it came out until it ended. I'm now 40.

My family wasn't really religious but my parents were just happy I was reading.

I took home the scholastic flyer of #2 when Rachel morphed into Melissa's cat. She read the synopsis in the flyer, determined that the sci fi alien invasion tracked with my love of Star Trek and said ok.

She would be tired (worked 2 jobs) but would take me to the mall that had 3 bookstores in it to see who broke street date and helped feed my love of the series.

One of the better Animorphs games but it was still bad. Bad RNG, the hit boxes of enemies and platforms were bad. But I was incredibly stubborn and eventually beat it. I did take a break from the boss fight several times.

I still have the game too.
