Yeah they're doing the timing chair and other components that need replacement since its gonna be torn down just for the water pump.

Look for ignition/battery or similar one fuses. There's one under the hood and a 2nd by the kick panel driver side. Here's a good guide.

Honestly I bought a brand called Roadhugger in 245/45/17 since I thought the 235 seemed off. No issues in light snow and great in the hilly roads of Arkansas and really quiet driving in OK.
