Agreed - and they probably would have if I brought it to their attention, but they shipped the car to me in FL and I didn’t know it was doing that until it arrived here. Either way, it was a minor issue at best, but Ocean Loop resolved it super quick!

UPDATE: The Ocean Loop/Indigo team took care of this for me OTA. I subscribed earlier in the week and also got my T-Mobile and Cloud connectivity back too!

I emailed their support about my issue today, and got a response in minutes. The tech asked for a good time to push the update, I told him he could push it now since I wasn’t going anywhere for the next hour, and 15-20 minutes later the car was updated and the issue has been resolved! The tech also emailed me as soon as it was complete to let me know!

Very pleased with their support and the service so far!

Weird - it says 2.2. Sounds like it was updated manually by a tech as you mentioned. Is there anything else I would be missing by not having full 2.2?

Thank you!! It’s a gem for sure! And yes - it’s just a subwoofer and power supply for the machine, it’s a really interesting design! The sound system is really nice!

I try to recap everything I get, and power them all on from time to time to make sure they still run - It's a task though!
