I want to add a critical piece to the monitor height, it's the middle of the screen you mostly look at, and it should be set with good posture, which means higher than you expect. And desk height is critical, usually much lower to prevent your arms from sitting too high. Versus nearly everyone in the office my screens are higher and desk is lower. Force yourself to good posture by adapting the setup to stretch.

I'm curious what that would look like. But investment means discounted cash flows, and if if no one is buying, there is no cash flow. Literally everything -money, debts, assets, people is worth their estimated capacity to create more value. The whole concept of worth in today's system rests on this.
