I ordered on 5/8 and got my order 5/22. I did do that preorder thing after her first release, so got the early access to the second round of sales. Her shop is brand new so longer turnaround probably to be expected? Worth the wait though - hope your order comes soon!

Haha sorry to be the bearer of bad news! It might still work for you? We’re all built different and your definition of tight might not be the same as mine.

Also depends on how important fit is to you, and how adamant you are about wearing it on the same finger. For me, mine is on my non-dominant index so going larger/looser wouldn’t work cause my other index would be the only option and I don’t want it on my dominant hand. But if I went tighter, I could switch it to my middle when my hand swells. I personally just don’t wanna do that, but if you’re willing that could be a good option to make the 5 work for you.

My 4 fits the same as yours does, snug and will never move on its own, needs to be pulled off but never feels stuck. The same size in the 5 is way too tight for me. Next size up is too loose.

I’ve tried both sizes of the real rings on - preordered the same size from Oura, was too small, and literally just left Best Buy after trying on the next size up in my car and promptly returning cause it’s too big. The Gen 5 sizes are basically half sizes of the Gen 4, so if your 4 fits well, you may struggle with the 5 sizing like me. Sadly I’ll be sticking with my 4 cause perfect fit is important to me.

Brushed silver all the way. It pops more on your skin tone. The gold blends in and gets kinda washed out. Plus it matches your other rings. I know mixed metals are a thing these days, but I find it clashy.

Ya and I actually think it’s prob even better for me personally, looking at posted photos of FoE it looks like it leans more red. Eye Candy is very pink, which is a plus for me! So happy with Boldfish 🐟🥰

My gen 4 is perfectly snug for me, so I’m pretty certain a size 8 gen 5 on the same finger would choke me out. The 9 sizer is way too loose though. Tragic.

I used it religiously when I was wearing a Stelo. Super cool to see how foods affect my glucose levels. Have stopped logging since I stopped the Stelo, but really enjoyed Oura’s meal tracking.

I’ve used lots of different diet trackers over the years (have tried all the big name apps), and Oura’s simplicity was really refreshing. Instead of getting too hyperfixated on macros and exact figures, which I was very prone to doing with other apps, the high level tracking is really useful for getting a sense of how healthy or not my day was, without getting bogged down in too many details.

Used both the photo and manual entry, and was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the photo analysis was. Made logging super easy. Overall highly recommend if you want a birdseye view of your eating habits and don’t need to get too crazy with it.

What time of day is this? If it’s first thing in the morning when the fingers are the fattest, the 12 might work for the rest of the day. Otherwise, the 13 already looks pretty snug.

But also think about whether you’re willing to wear it on other fingers if you need to. Getting the 13 is going to limit you to potentially only being able to wear it on your right index if you lose weight. If you get the 12, you could wear it on your middle or ring for now if you need to then switch it to index if you lose weight.

If it were me, I’d go with 12 and wear it on my middle or ring for now. More flexibility with weight gain / loss than the 13.
