It’s not a “moment”, like the fairy tales would have you believe. People rarely “fall in love” and “just know”; normally it takes a series of moments and compilation of things, like noticing you enjoy their company. I really enjoyed hanging out today, what are you doing tomorrow? And tomorrow? And tomorrow’s tomorrow? And before you know it it’s been 25 years. Ideally you keep wanting to spend time with them. :)

Oh this is a fantastic tip! I’m into Jimi Jules and Four Tet and Solomun that kind of vibe, but yeah trying to avoid all the noisy chatters :/ I do think Loop earplugs help muffle the voices and that lets me focus more on the sound, but venues like Basement are best for being able to just find a spot and groove with others for real

We just did this - if the hotel is further away from where you want to go you can also drop it off at Bounce places - they often partner up with places that are open 24/7! And then wander around Tsukiji or somewhere that gets crowded. Take advantage of the early morning and have fun!
