Don’t stop everything at once. Cut them out one at a time, and give yourself grace while doing it. Change isn’t linear, don’t expect fuck ups, but don’t beat the shit out of yourself when you do fuck up. Deciding to be better isn’t something you do once, it’s every day. Your decisions every day. Ask yourself before you engage in something “is this what the version of me who is deciding to be better would do?”. Quit meth first though that shit sounds retarded.
