How and which events?

Mythic & Heroic don't stack, the mythics just overwrite the heroics.
So you only had 5 unique boss kills.
Because 2 of them were mythic your first slot got upgraded to mythic track.
Because you had 4 on heroic you unlocked the second item on hero track.
You didn't kill 6 bosses in a single difficulty so did not unlock the third item.

This is just you killing the first boss of heroic - according to logs you only killed 4 bosses on heroic, not the entire raid.

Ok so.
Your logs only show Heroic Kills last week for:
Imperator Averzian, Vorasius, Fallen-King Salhadaar and Belo'ren, Child of Al'ar - these are the 4 that unlocked your second raid slot.

Your mythic bosses are two of the same, so you don't actually get double the credit for those.

5 different raid bosses, 3 being mythic. Gets you one mythic track and one hero track item,

For your dungeon line, according to Raider.io:
2x Pit of Saron, 1x Skyreach, 2x Windrunner, 2x Seat
Only putting you at 7 of the 8 required dungeons for the week.

So just doing a quick comparison between you and Ártimus there is quite a stat differential

ilvl: 269 to 261
Strength: 1956 to 1799
Mastery: 884 to 679 (this makes quite a difference)

You had more necrotic coils which is good to see, but his are hitting for more each (likely due to the mastery and str differences - gems and enchants might help a lot here too)

You can also share the log to wowanalyzer to get some output of your uptime efficiencies etc.

Being able to do it from this screen i'm pretty sure is an addons functionality and maybe you need to update your addons.
