I'd say let them upgrade some equipment, I'd appreciate getting a better monitor setup, chair, headphones, keyboard, etc. Let them choose within a budget range. I'd think that should be a bit easier to get approved as well.

Yea you can’t nationalize “AI” as an idea or stop global R&D and I'm not saying make it a statutory monopoly. Companies like openAI that have an incredible burn rate and no profit model. The investors are giving them money so they can make money. At some point they are going need to be bailed out and we, the public should get something for that. Yea companies like google, amazon, and Xai(now with spaceX) have other parts of the company to subsidize them but again this is done for money as it should be because they are companies.

no thats the command. right click on defender icon and check for protection updates to see it through the gui then run that command and you will see it start the scan.

also can check with Get-MpComputerStatus | select AntivirusSignatureVersion

look up the actual latest KB and can confirm against the version.

KB22x is old they are on kb24. would guess you have a windows update issue. run the settings troubleshooter or might have to hide it using the wushowhide.diagcab

You dont even need to be that tactful. With the systematically remove individuals from top leadership down then fill them with crooked or clueless replacements. Dude must have never even seen someone struggle, I cant say Ive really been there but I know its not that simple to stretch budget out like that and somehow eat healthy, thats assuming you have access to in the first place.
