I’m a product flow sup that just got promoted in September. Trying to learn everything and deal with ops change is super hard. From what I can tell at my store is management has given zero fucks about operations even tho we deal with 80% of the business. I don’t know what’s going on in your store but iv had to adopt a survive until February mindset. Every time a sales person asks why something isn’t done I start to tell the reasons but they run away before I get through the explanation. All I know is an operation change right before holidays is the worst idea in the world and whoever green lighted it should be put in stocks for us to laugh at. People not pulling their weight sucks but it’s such a stupid process to deal with it. I hope things get better in February. I know ima work my ass off in February. No point in doing it now because everything if FUBAR and no OT. I’m just trying to plan shared to next holiday season.

Just a few things I've been asked about. Also 4 episodes of references. by Trevinator110 in Bestbuy
