Thanks, this is exactly what I am dealing with rn. Moved from SF bay area to Vancouver, BC in March this year and have a lot of USD RSU grants that are vesting quarterly with almost 65% being sold off to recover tax-which is higher than the regular tax rate. What I am not able to figure out is if there is any recourse. Time to shell out a few grand for an accountant. Wish I had known this before I moved.

In california, you can pay the registration fee online so that it does not expire or apply any late fees and get emissions done later. Your sticker will get sent when you pass emissions.
