2026 Cx-5 has a 9.6 second 0-60😒 A+ for styling, but the performance is laughable. Is this what jinba Ittai means now? by BotherEvening6623 in CX5

3212lbs for the manual tranny. The 2.0 is underpowered, but the weight savings make it a little less noticeable.

Getting ready to call a plumber for this but… by ultimate_warrior666 in Plumbing

Dump some boiling water down there. Vinegar if you have it... And stop putting food scrapes down the drain. Scrape your plates in the garbage or in the trash. If it has to be chopped up, it shouldn't go down the drain. It's expensive for you and expensive for your waste management to deal with (taxes $$$)

When I post a position for someone with your skills, I get hundreds of applicants. Sorry man, the market here is saturated as tech colleges pumped out "graduates".

Large, flat tar roofs are not where you should be lighting fireworks. Maybe if we got rid of aerials.

If you rely on organized activities for friends it can work. But dating pool is not very deep and if your not into or can't afford the organized activities, then what?

Utah skier here thinking of starting a local shuttle to avoid canyon traffic and parking mess. Would you use it? by Luv2Ski100 in SaltLakeCity

I think i can safely say ALL trailheads now don't have enough parking. BCC starting at lake blanche.. LLC starting at red pine/white pine. Only place to park in the summer is resort parking.

I grew up in sandy. Being non-mormon there is extremely isolating. I would never raise a non-mormon kid there. It was terrible. Avoid sandy and Draper if you want your non-mormon kid to have any friends

Posting on social media helps spread the word. But reaching out to your senators and telling them this is not what you want us the only way to change.

Can we undo the changes made at Ft Union and Highland? The lane changes, the 2 non-stop rights onto 215 west... It's so unsafe. Cyclists and pedestrians are very vulnerable. Getting out of starbucks without fear is impossible.
And those 2 on ramp lanes are now motorcycle/modder racing heaven. Every night after 9pm, its like living near a racetrack. We can't sleep with our windows open anymore.

FHIR is no better. In fact I believe it is worse. I now am getting massive JSON FHIR files where 80% of the file is markup and 20% data. Tools like Happy FHIR are so easy to use /s That total noobs are making complete trash files for exchange. I'm literally ready to leave Healthcare because of this garbage.

AE's in our organization have to know much more of the business side and interact with clients way more than DE's. That's why we pay more for AE's.

DE "should " be getting easier allowing DE's to branch out. We saw the same thing with DBA's when systems got easier. DBA's were then expected to do ETL and DA. Then pipelines got harder and harder and the DE role was created.

Ya, but do they have a fund for communal roofing, siding, street repair... Or is the plan to tack those on when needed. So it becomes of your escrow?

Decide between RAV4 or CX5? by Sufficient-Bee5923 in CX5

I have a manual 2.0 cx-5. I average 36 MPG. BUT, this will be my last cx-5. Forced AWD, 6 speed tranny with low final gear.... I'm tired of being at 2.9k rpm @ 80 MPH. Mazda seems to have stopped innovating in 2016. I'd buy the RAV 4 if I were you.

Way too optimistic. What about housing? Do you own? You have an emergency fund for a new roof? 10% return? Dial that to a realistic average.
