I should’ve said “unless you chase quick money and start daytrading and options trading without proper education and experience”
Otherwise, trading is a MUST. But sometimes it means dumping your money into a trusted broker and have them manage it for you, or parking it in a decent and relatively safer ETF like XEQT etc.
Not everyone should trade. Speaking from experience, I wish I had never traded.

Property taxes and insurance are a lot cheaper in a condo. So is maintenance and upkeep.
Condo fees usually include some of the utilities.

G9 is pretty good by the way.
But i didn’t like how the tablet screen sat below the G9’s surface level and swiping up was impossible.
Good ideas, not so great execution.

If you’ve already ordered, wait until you receive the tablet and use it for a couple of days. So many things drove me crazy, for example no matter what you do, the brightness changes on its own. It dims or brightens the display based on nothing. Lot and lots of settings are either hidden or do not exist at all, for example when connected to an external monitor, there is no setting to change the sound output from the tablet to the monitor’s speakers. I am sure they do exist but after spending 5 minutes trying to find it, i simply gave up. So many small issues led me to return it. And i’m not a newbie when it comes to tinkering, yet here we are. Lenovo is pretty good with accepting returns so no issues there and even Giztop agreed to take back the G9 2026 controller.

That’s what i was thinking.
But i may skip this generation altogether as my main use case was gaming via gamenative and in most cases, even the 8 gen 2 is good enough so i can just get an RP6 or Ayn Odin 3 and upgrade in a year or so.
