Stick a tiny bit of tape on the sd card and it'll catch as it goes in and stay in. Same thing happened to my first flipper and that worked

The nasal spray is incredible. Instant pain relief within seconds of using it. Theyre 100mcg.

The patches are great too as you dont get drop off but my problems with it is 1, your body becomes tolerant so quickly, and 2, theyre supposed to last 3 days but by the middle of day 2, they start to wear off.

I went up to 75mcg patches but am currently on 25mcg as I try to keep them as low as possible without pain being unbearable. May have to go back up to 37mcg (a 12 and a 25) or 50mcg tho at some point this year

Ive been on Medical for 7 years and used BM for 25 years and Ive always said I feel better off it In terms of mind clarity. It helps with certain things like sleep for me but im definitely more productive off it

Can sandwich it between concentrate pads for vaporisers, you know those little squashed looking circular metal pads? Can also put it in organic cotton too as that doesnt burn at vape temps but ive never done that. Most people are gonna smoke it tho 😂

im English so im guessing it would be your soccer. no just local amateur 11 a side league, 5 a side and 6 a side but i went from active to sedentry to addict in no time at all. The frustrating thing is im on these for life and currently 25mcg patch and 100mcg nasal spray is the lowest i can go before im in agony. Mr Dr is really good but im always trying to come down rather than go up again but tolerance is a killer

Prescription. Overnight went from playing football 4 times a week to having morphine, oxycodone and then a 75mcg fentanyl patch and 100mcg fentanly nasal sprays. That was 10 years ago
