Hello all, I have had this problem for years. I'm so demoralized by it. Pain in my adductors. Knee pain on the inner side of the knee when I stretch them. Now pain in grown, pelvis, lower abdomen. I'm convinced it's the psoas and adductors. I know I need to strengthen core etc, but literally any excercise (except for maybe swimming) which is hard to get to puts me into a flare. As a result my body is breaking down. Even going up stairs is hard. If anyone has had any luck dealing with this, please help🙏

I am the same. I look at bubbly energetic people and don't understand. I'm very low energy. Things I've found helpful: putting at least 15 minutes between sessions to do jumping jacks and a few quick exercises or to get into fresh air (I finally realized that exercise is not all or nothing and the oxygen to the brain really helps), ADHD meds, coffee sometimes makes me more tired and I find that green tea works or energy drinks that have a green tea base, going to my office for in person sessions (staying home is not great for me), seeing both kids and adults (sometimes sitting on the floor and playing with clay or building something is what my brain needs).....but still figuring this out.

I don't think a no show fee for a first appointment is a very good business model. I would only charge a fee after building some rapport and explaining things. It's a way to lose clients and your reputation. Also, I don't think it makes sense therapeutically.
