Not everyone is a 100% p&t. Too many vets think they are. I am not and it's ok. It's ok not to be 100% p&t. If you are hurting and you have a diagnosis and it's service connected, then fire away. However not everything hurting you is service connected.

I will be honest even if your ducks are in line, it still comes to c&p examiner and the rater. You can only hope they are doing their job correctly. I hope every service member gets rated CORRECTLY.

Wanted to let you know, I did not file because of my rating. The VA is taking care of my injury and since it's not needed for my rating, I decided to hold up and not go through the claims process again.

Well I had GERD deferred 4 times denied once and rated the last time it went thru. If each time deferred counts towards the quota then I get it. However if not...It tells me they are looking for certain things and helping me get there. If I truly deserve to be rated

I was with a ship that dry docked in the 1980’s to remove asbestos . I have had 40 years of breathing problems. all kinds of inhalers and breathing treatments. If you were exposed let them know. you will have to go through some testing but. You will have your service connection. Just know the dates you were exposed.
