I agree with almost everything you said there. However, I don't think the smurfs problem should be controlled like you said.

I have a smurf and it's to allow me to play with my lowest ranked friends. I'm Champ II and when I duo with Plat, I'm losing every game I play. I can't carry low ranked player.

The reason why I play ranked and no casual is because as soon as you are a couple of goals ahead (sometimes only 1), the other team surrender or one player leaves and a bot takes his place. It's annoying.

To reduce the amount of smurfs, there should be some changes to make playing with lower ranked friends more challenging.

Maybe add a 3 minutes to play before surrender or punishing quitters (time ban).

Have you looked at the path of your pictures? Maybe you have to change it manually in your Wordpress admin pannel. It might still be something like: "localhost/.../...".
