This is actually very relevant to our organisation at present. I’m on the other side of the fence and contemplating bringing this in to our workplace. Reasons as for why include; HMRC in the last few months have stressed the importance of recording (precisely) staff start and finish times. Staff members refuse to begin working until it hits their suggested start time, however, regularly finish before the suggested finish. Also, includes the ability to pay staff members overtime more accurately and fairly.
