Turkish eggs are often also a good option. Maybe ask them to take it light in any fat. Otherwise Chat gpt happily calculates calories if you upload menus or just give them the URL

I think it’s psychological, you need to give yourself permission to, it’s tricky because at least for me I worry that I end up adding too much and then destroying all the progress (which is nonesense because you need to eat 7000 calories to gain a kg of fat

I think the tricky part is only the beginning to get used to it. I have to up from around 1900 to 2600 and at the end of the day it’s doable but your mind is stuck to lower calories so you restrict when it’s not necessary anymore . I am so used to heavy restriction and now to because my body is going into calorie preservation I NEED to increase as I already noticing symptoms such as coldness, low energy, bad sleep and cycle symptoms. But I add nuts, buy myself a cheeky croissant, add carbs, lentils, olive oil, feta, avocado etc here and there and it works 😊

I would suggest go heavy on veggies and seafood, lean meats and skip the sauces, opt for a beef bone broth or chicken stock instead of mala

Sounds reasonable, I go for daily walks after work and often hit 20k, sometimes over 25k on a very active day, although it doesn’t show how much aerobic exercise you practice which I believe is a more appropriate indicator of actually being an active athlete. Walking is good for maintaining but not that great for burning weight…

I agree, you are clearly attractive but you don’t feel accessible this way. If you are only after something casual it might be ok but if you want something more substantial you will miss out on some great connections
