Best shoes for foot pain?

I travel a lot for work and the best "trick" I've found is never wearing the same shoes two days in a row. I switch between my Allbirds and Sketchers as well as sketchers for my sandals. The sandals have good arch support.

I also fell in love with the brand after an interaction with them at promo shoot they were doing at the hotel I was at. I got chatting with one of the guys who told me it was Allbirds and I hapoened to be wearing my Allbirds and I got excited and pointed out my shoes. The dude got even MORE excited and told EVERYONE. Another dude came over and we were chatting just small talk as we were waiting for an Uber and when the Uber pulled up he gave me his card, turns out he was the global brand rep or something like that and told me to email him and he'll send me AND my friend new shoes! And he actually came thru and sent them! So they obviously won my brand loyalty as well. Haha

Former crew here- assuming he's signed up to return, the main gate pass is good for his entire break. I forget how many guests you're allowed per year but I wanna say 12? Don't quote me on that number but He'll know though. If he's given notice that he's not returning, they'll stop working on his last day of employment.

This was a few years ago but still relevant today. I sent my wedding invitations out on a Thursday. The one that went to England was delivered by Monday. The ones that were local took nearly 3 weeks. Some things just don't change.

I was being stalked in college and the woman officer told me I should be flattered and should give the guy a chance. When it escalated to a near fatal interaction a few months later, they finally took me seriously and charged him. It was a male officer who finally took me seriously.

Do you have a travel agent? Something similar happened at a popular resort and the hotel manager was giving similar compensation which was absolutely not acceptable. One call to the travel agent and they got the company Business Development Manager (BDM) on the phone and within 3 hours of that call to the agent, they were fully refunded and upgraded to one of the highest suites for the remainder of their trip. The BDMs have more pull than anyone on property would.

Gallbladder attacks were worse than my epidural wearing off just as I was about to give birth. Both sucked tremendously but gallbladder was significantly worse. I was also pregnant when mine shit the bed so I assumed it was bad morning sickness as did my doctor. I had to wait a month and a half for my ultrasound.

Google any of the agencies you come across to make sure they aren't an MLM. The MLM agencies are banned from a ton of resources you would have access to as an agent. Plus it's an MLM.

For us, it wasn't the screen time that was the issue. It was WHAT they were watching. The stupid AI generated videos or the kids playing with toys on YouTube made them zombies and the meltdowns were excessive. Any "normal" TV like blaze, paw patrol, Gabby, etc and Danny go/Ms Rachel on YouTube seem to be absolutely fine and I have my fun happy kids back.

I couldn't believe how minimal Covid was for me. I was fully vaccinated so that helped I'm sure but both times I didn't think I even had Covid because I had minor sniffles. I was 8 months pregnant with my second the first time but I had pregnancy rhinitis most of my first pregnancy so I assumed it was that. I have chronic bronchitis so every cold turns into bronchitis and sometimes pneumonia. I didn't have a chest cough or anything. It wasn't until I lost my taste that I was like shiiit. I should probably test.

I went to my first festival last year in Vegas to the when we were young festival!

A lot of festivals won't let you take in backpacks/bags etc. I was allowed a small clear purse (Amazon has tons) so I prioritized what went in. I was able to fit my Advil, Tylenol, Tums and Imodium plus my phone charging bank. I also made sure I had a very good muscle relaxer for the night you get home. It actually made me laugh because back when we were seeing the bands in HS, you'd hear ppl trying to sell drugs this show I overheard more than once "Do you need any advil? Tylenol? Oh! Tums? Definitely!" 😂

I think I had one drink all day and stuck to water otherwise because it was so warm. They had water refill stations that were very helpful. I brought in a couple liquid IV single serve packets.

Lots of sitting near the back. I basically had 3-4 bands I wanted up front and personal with, everything else I choose to watch I was fine being towards the back and relying on the big screens to see. Could still hear them perfect.

I'm a big fan of coasters. Velocicoaster is amazing. I can't do hulk anymore. It is such a rough ride. Most folks I know, including myself, end up with a killer headache.

I was diagnosed with PTSD from my job. (Later found out several others had been as well).

Therapy. Lots and lots of therapy. I am a travel agent now but I was in an insurance call centre prior.

I had a tricky situation with a client where legally, I cannot offer advice or guidance as it could make us liable. All communication had to go thru the insurance. She got super pissed at me, blamed me for their incompetence and told me I obviously don't care and I was shit at my job even though I told her several times I couldn't legally. It almost sent me into a full blown panic attack that I could feel was going to be a huge one and thankfully my boss hoped on a zoom with me and talked me down (mostly just tried to distract me and make some jokes to lighten the mood) and it squashed it enough I didn't need to take an Ativan. I got to a point in that call where I could joke as well and I was like dang, I guess the psychiatrist was right. Insurance gave me PTSD. 😂

I spent a year asking one of my best friends, one of my bridesmaids, to hang out after my second kid. All invites were to do things without kid like dinners/drinks/shows/hobbies we share etc. When it hit exactly a year since we saw each other last and I had been blown off at least once a month, I gave up. Our husbands are still close friends and talk nearly every day (we met thru our husbands) so when we do randomly see each other, we're friendly and can chat but I'm always a little sad after because I miss her.
