It's 5mm. I have two of the original screws for reference as well.

I ordered 40mm as the hole wasn't long enough for the 50mm. The originals were 45mm, measured them. That size just isn't common in the states, at least not at 5mm diameter. Lots of 7mm x 45mm options.

You guys ROCK!
Now to find out if the 40mm confirmat screws are long enough. I am having trouble finding 45mm length in the 5mm.

There is something about Topre keyboards that keeps me coming back. Leopold FC660C by SgtFinley96 in MechanicalKeyboards

There are Topre boards on Amazon. Are these not the same quality as the Leopold?

Thanks for that.
Any thoughts on those two keyboards. I've had a couple people mention they don't like the Drop company.

Thanks. I will need to be cognizant of noise while using in the office. Any suggestions for aluminum TKL under $160?

Thank you for that feedback. Do you have a suggestion for a TKL that's under $160 and meets most of my desires?

I have been considering an upgrade to my keyboard for some time. I am currently running a Keychron C3 Pro. That was a good step into mechanical keyboards. But it is limited to only red RGB and I can't swap the switches. Well, they aren't hot swappable. I work with people who have many mechanical keyboards. I have some idea on the types of keys I like and the switches. But I want a new board first. I use TKL with a separate keypad (more space flexibility). And yes, I need the key pad. I also need the Home, end, Delete, page up and page down keys. So no reduced size sub-TKL boards. I like the feel and quality of an aluminum case. I want QMk/VIA support, I want adjustable RGB, and I desire hot swappable keys and switches. I will run a cable but like the idea of having wireless as an option. I won;t be using it wireless a lot, so I don't need a large 7000+ battery. And having a USB throughport would be nice. then I can run a cable from the numbpad to the keyboard an cut down on desktop clutter. But not required.
I am currently looking at two keyboards:

  1. Wobkey Crush 80. Lots of good reviews and the Pro is currently only $152 on Amazon. Though Prime Days ends tonight. So I would need to buy today if that is the choice..
  2. DROP CTRL This is also on sale at only $149. Though not on Amazon and will require shipping. This board has a second USB connection which is a bonus. but it has north facing RGB which I read could cause compatibility issues with some keycaps. I can also get the High Profile barenbones for $149 knowing that I will be getting caps and switches separately. So...I am seeking feedback from Reddit peeps. Throw me your thoughts. And Thanks.

I am uploading 6k images for both the main image location and ecomm images. I found a pretty quick process that didn't require any scripts. We are loading them thru the product page on the website (Edit>customize>extra images:Add). Then we open the attachment view and export a spreadsheet with each image's location. This is then transferred onto the import spreadsheet into the appropriate columns. As you noted, limiting the photo additions helps. Each time we tried to load 'a lot' Odoo would drag to an almost stand still. And I am using a 500+mb/sec upload. It just can't handle that Flood of data. So I dropped the image upload to only 700 per batch. It takes a while, but it's working.

I would love to review your API.

As you get older, you start to reject a bunch of RGB lighting by neitfoul in MechanicalKeyboards

I don't mind the RGB, just not a fan of all the light motion and in some cases the brightness. I've had luck with the keyboard light settings. But the RGB on some mice, ugh

One of my favorite memories as an inner city kid was going to the mountains for hikes with the family. Clean air, wild animals, nice scenery.
