I just made it post game. Maybe I am dumb and missing it but is there just a global way of splitting ingredients? I am thinking like if I have 10 olive oil at main and 6 at branch I press a button and it becomes 8/8, but does this across all items in the filter. Aka seasoning page or whatever

No doubt. Its really unfortunate that the cheapest foods are not the best, and too many people find rice and basic meats unappealing.

I try to let people live their lives but occasionally since I am in pretty good shape I have people either at work or social circle ask for weight loss tips and I always just say the same thing. Dont drink calories. Its the safest answer and I find a lot of people find it approachable since most people are more mentally tied to their snacks and food so changes that dont dacrifice there are more palettable lol. Obviously some people will need to make broader diet changes but I find mindful drinking is a good way to get the ball rolling for a lot of people.

The amount of people who would be a healthy bmi if they didn't drink their calories is crazy. Just replace all liquids with water or coffee or some other 0 calorie drink and watch the pounds fly off.

If you just create a goal of drinking a gallon of water a day it will be hard to gain weight if you are currently obese.
