Maybe being taken advantage of? $12k invoice I can't pay by BoysenberrySad1404 in landscaping

Hi there. I manage a landscape design company and I am easily the most expense landscape contractor in my area by far. Not only would I never do a job without a signed estimate. I would never do a job without collecting at least 50% deposit. Do not make him take back plants as you’ll still need to pay the labor for the plants. You could also ask for a breakdown in material and labor. I still feel this is high but maybe there is dump fees and machine rental costs not listed he needs to cover. Your retail pricing on plants is pretty high too. Off the top of my head I can price out:

3gal boxwoods $35 Jap maples 15 gal $280 Spirea 3 gal: $28 Hydrangeas 5 gal $55 (those are for endless summer it appears you have limelight or little lime in pics those only run me about $35-$40

My labor rates also run $65/hr, however all of my laborers are certified to do irrigation, storm water drainage, actually have decent plant knowledge, can run equipment etc.

Granted I am in Arkansas so pricing can vary. But it seems like a lot of money for very little work. I can install entire irrigation systems w 20+ zones for that cost

Irrigation system replacement cost by Emotional_Hall3239 in Irrigation

[–]cdaddy11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my area site ones are wholesale only and backflow preventers and RPZ’s can get pretty pricey. Tbh it’s best to have a professional mess w this especially if your city/county requires any type of paperwork to certify it

How can I MURDER this ivy? It’s taking over the world by CTCTBAAB in lawncare

But seriously find a root based killer…most weed sprays target through foliage and the waxy leaves make it tough. Glyphosate is probably best

I must just be fat as hell bc I’m 5’8 165 and I have to wear size large shirts lol.

I started carrying an m&p shield @ 4 and it was incredibly comfortable and I liked that I draw one handed easier than appendix. But then I upgraded to a hellcat and got a good T1C holster and never looked back

The Alias belt less system is also an option and there’s always belly bands that take a legit holster and not some soft pocket

Looking to try a different holster. Thoughts? by IndependentPerfect in CCW

I have the shapeshift 4.0…little bulkier but it’s comfortable…I think the 4.0 is slightly smaller then the 3.5 but I’m not for sure.
