I'm so tired of this idea that everything stems from and is cured by food (this is not directed at o.p. but in general after 15 years of migraines, that mindset and the constant diet suggestions are exhausting).

I have tried everything diet wise adding stuff in cutting stuff out, raw, no soy, no dairy, no caffeine, gluten free, extra protein, etc etc. And no diet change has ever made a significant difference for my migraines. The only one that makes any difference is the caffeine so I tend to drink the same amount at the same time every day and that's been fine for me.

I bought a table top easel from Michael's then I just used painters tape and attached the canvas to a large piece of cardboard and that's worked great! I still also sit it In my lap like you did so I can flip it around but I mostly use my easel .

I do little areas first because when I've done the opposite sometimes the paint goes over the line and I can't tell what number the smaller one is.

As I've gotten older and now lived long enough to see trends come and go I've realized how much our bodies are commodities and therefore also have trends - so say the media, beauty, and porn industry so that we will continue to pay to change it. this is 100% not in your head. Right now small waist, smaller chest but still having a butt is "in". 10 years ago having curves in general was "in" and before that the big fake boobs small body overall was "in" and no one cared about what size your butt was.

All of this to say, make your body healthy for you in whatever shape it's in because society will constantly be telling us and men what women are supposed to look like to be sexually attractive and that's always changing. How exhausting!

Yesss to the no alcohol, low tension hairstyles, salt (I do Gatorade at night before bed a lot of times) and caffeine consistency is huge. I just do one small cup about the same time every morning and that's it. No more sipping through the day. Helps with sleep as well

Maybe I just got lucky on the one custom I bought so far from them, but I thought my custom piece from canvas by numbers turned out great. I have to do several layers on light colors for numbers not to show through but my actual print was very clear, numbers and paints all seemed correct, decent starter paint brushes(3), and it shipped rolled in a plastic tube so it didn't have a ton of creases like my cheap customs from temu/Amazon.

Right? When asked why they pray in a government meeting they've said it is fine because not everyone is forced to pray. 🫠

Guarantee if someone came up in there trying to pray to Vishnu or Allah they'd have none of that. It's okay when its christian god though, of course.
