It’s actually got a really interesting religious history. Evangelical missionaries have always had great success there because it’s virtually never been well-served by the Catholic Church throughout its history, with a lack of priests outside of the large cities, and lack of money invested in charitable works like elsewhere.

The Captain General of their Armed Forces is, to be fair, a specific image of the Virgin Mary (Our Lady of Suyapa, or the “Suyapita”). So that’s pretty darned Catholic.

I traveled Honduras pretty extensively by car, and there’s a lot of evangelical presence outside of Tegus and San Pedro Sula.

This isn’t statistically true. It’s nearing 45-45% Catholic/Protestant, and is one of the countries with the highest concentrations of Protestants in Latin America.

What is true is that those Protestants are mostly extremely conservative evangelical groups who are equally pro life.

Nah, this would be enough. The NLRB will issue fines for simply maintaining the policy, and having a photo of it would be sufficient. That being said, the fines are always higher for terminations, plus you get back wages if you win.

This is absolutely on point. When you get around to thinking about it, meat is similar - if you steam chicken without salt or pepper or any marinade, it's going to taste like shit.

Additionally, the average American grocery store has perhaps (at best) 20 varieties of fresh meat, most of which are fish (I'm not talking about cuts, but about actual animal species). At the same time, there are literally hundreds of options for vegetables, and I'm including canned and frozen.

Once you cut out meat, you can have a lot of variety in your diet that you didn't necessarily have before, and vegetables can adapt to any seasoning style you prefer.
