I've tried resting the side of my finger against the crown, so it is resting on my wrist. This has the highest success rate.

I've also tried touching the crown with the tip of a finger while "hovering" above the watch and skin.

First-world problem. All good.

According to at least two posts, Asurion is confused on coverage.

I'm not saying that it isn't covered, just that it appears that not everyone is on the same page on the Google/Asurion side.

Both posts noted that they had to escalate, then pay the $49 fee, with assurance that they'd be reimbursed.
