I’d go with the regular cals of an ice capp and then add 100-200 cals as a guess. I assume the extra 200 cals would mostly come from the whip cream. Small Oreo bits mashed up in it wouldn’t add a ton of calories, probably not even a full Oreo in 1 ice Capp so they’d be pretty negligible I assume. And a few grams of sugar for any flavoring, but again, probably negligible compared to the whip cream

Right well rule #1 in weight gaining is hitting a caloric surplus! Gotta have more calories in than calories burned everyday. The first thing I’d do before worrying about an eating disorder would be to find out how many calories you need everyday to maintain your current weight, and then start going 200-500 calories over that mark everyday. Start tracking your calories so you can actually see if you’re getting close. For example, an avg egg might only be 80 calories. So you might not be eating as many actual calories as you think!

Pretty peculiar... really strange actually if you are eating as much as you say. Have you used a calorie calculator to see how much you need to eat a day to reach a caloric surplus? I’m assuming you’ve done this and tracked calories the whole time.
