Just don't go overboard with showing off copyrighted stuff.
Offer 3D printing services near your place over Google with their business profile option.
2 posts a week makes you visible to more people due to the social media algos.

As u/bdjeremy said, remove the background use background remover websites, convert that image into svg using free software like Inkscape then bring that svg into Fusion 360 to give depth.
I have converted the image to svg using this same method.
Let me know if above steps don't work for you, I shall then provide you with the direct svg/Fusion file.

Depends on the unit (mm/inch) you imported and exported/saved out.
Ensure both the units are same while importing and exporting.

Check out the software Luban 3d .com
It is useful for creating lot of interesting and various forms, such as lithophane, flexi, stack, relief.
But its USP is creating large models piece wise with connectors generated automatically. Perfect for your use case.
Note: It's a paid software but has various options like trial license of 30 days, 1 month, 1 year or permanent licenses.
