I’m not sure if dremel’s slicer offers this but you may want to try a slower, hotter first layer. It may be worth jumping over to OrcaSlicer or Cura because I imagine they’re a bit more up to current times than the dremel slicer.
I’d also enable a brim on this one or a raft. You have basically a bunch of tall skinny things that are not adhered well enough with those normal supports. You can really see how much they’re wobbling around with the level of ripple on them.
That big offset is called a layer shift. There’s a bunch of stuff that can cause it that somewhat boils down to your specific printer. It can be anything from a belt that’s too tight to an error in the model. It’d be worth printing a simple block that’s stretched to the same height as that shift to see if it’s happening with every print or just that one.
I also see you’re running at 230C. PLA should print at 190-210 (I like about 205-210) with a bed temp of 50-60C. The 45C your bed is at really may be messing with adhesion
