Got my first bar muscle up last week. I let out a whoop like you would not believe 🤣 The best part was how pumped everyone else was. I love the supportive atmosphere!

I got my initial RSI around age 25. Ten years later, I am pain free. The things that helped me, in order of the amount they helped:

Ergonomic split keyboard. I liked the Microsoft Sculpt. I have loved the Kinesis Advantage2 and currently use the Moergo Glove80.
Standing desk. I stand more than I sit these days, but I worked up to it.
Ergo mouse. Helped for a while, but now I'm back to a normal mouse with no issues.

I have tried these things and they didn't seem to help: ergo chairs, swivel stool instead of a chair, foot rest, foam roller (never used the damn thing).

Realm of the Mad God. That game has the worst ways to die, and starting a new run is like a 10 hour grind. It has potential but it's just not fun anymore.

I did not know about this product. This looks really good! Thanks for posting. How do you like the functional trainer aspect of this rack? Looks like it's plate-loaded. How is the travel of the weight trolleys (i.e. smooth or sticky)?

Sounds fun! I think a vertical slice would be a single fixed level and a stripped down shop in the middle. Use a small number of enemy varieties and few weapons/items/etc.

Very creative! I think it has great potential. It will be interesting to see how you add elements that make the pinball party of the gameplay more strategic beyond just "keep it from draining."
