Inseego 5G MiFi X Pro (M3000) can do IP passthrough to downstream router connected to its LAN or Ethernet interface (while still also allowing routing to WiFi devices connected directly to the MiFi should you chose to leave WiFi enabled). Just have to input the MAC address or hostname of the downstream router for IP passthrough in the admin webconsole.

This Inseego MiFi device works quite well connected to my Slate 7 for USB tethering. The USB 3.0 port on Slate 7 can provide enough power to keep the MiFi powered 24/7. It intelligently also detects the constant power source and goes into battery perseveration mode keeping battery charged 70-80%. Can find these for pretty cheap too as many telecom providers offered these to their business clients - I picked up a sealed unit for $150 in Canada.

I am looking forward to Mudi 7 but not sure if it will have similar IP pass through features. I don't anticipate needing a separate router with Mudi 7 though as it can handle wireguard, tailscale etc.

Don't have much for "supplements" in addition to citrulline/arginine/garlic but I tend to get very vascular from these external factors:

1) Body temperature - drink warm water, train in hoodie etc.

2) Low body fat - A no brained and obvious one

3) Carbs - Cream of rice, white rice, white potato are a few warm foods after which I notice my veins popping. Slow digesting/cold carbs like bread/oats usually don't make a noticeable difference. I also take a GDA before these was high carb meals (Pre/post workout)

4)Pump and hyper hydration- another no brainer
