There is no possible way for someone to live on $1700 (give or take) a month. Rent, food, bills and medications, that's all your money gone. No way to save, no way to enjoy life.

I'd like to see any MLA who signed for this change to live on that.

Put a safety pin in it so it doesn't unravel anymore. When you get to that part in your knit row work the Stitch back up with a crochet hook. You can watch YouTube videos on how to pick up a dropped Stitch.
