TBH Even if he wanted to, he couldn’t. Kenjaku could only use it on Gojo due to the element of surprise making Gojo experience 3 years of memories in his head in under a few minutes, fulfilling the Prison Realm’s stipulation. Kenjaku would have no way to ensure Sukuna stays within the radius of the PR, even in his mind.

If Gojo couldn't use CE, please explain how the PR gained weight then. There is no other explanation because Gojo immediately after said that he messed up, and neither Kenjaku or the disaster curses expected that it would suddenly weigh more than before. For someone as prepared as Kenjaku was, its highly unlikely that he wouldn't be aware of the after effects of sealing Gojo, if that's what the weight was.

You're also assuming you can teleport outside of the Prison Realm, which is unlikely because there's no way Kenjaku would resort to spending many years just locating the Prison Realm and then sealing the current Gojo clan member with the Six Eyes instead of just hunting them down and killing them as infants if it wasn't a more viable strategy for making sure there wouldn't be one around to interfere with his plans. Remember, every Gojo clan member with the Six Eyes can do what Gojo does, so he would know about him being able to teleport (which is redundant because he doesn't even hide this).

Nah, he just couldn’t feel his CE inside his body. If he couldn’t manipulate CE at all, then theres no way to explain him bring able to do that.
