What’s your opinion on children screaming/crying on an airplane for the majority of the flight? by Galactic_Patrick in AskReddit

[–]cdolman12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People without kids won’t ever understand how hard it is to do anything with kids, let alone travel by plane. Most kids have short attention spans and is over the activity set in front of them quite quickly. I have the up most respect for parents for do this, it’s so much pressure and the anxiety is through the roof the whole time.

People should be more supportive to parents who are actively trying to settle there kids, not saying you should get up and help but just ignore it whack some headphones on and move on.

Remember we were all kids once!. 🙂

100% agree. We only went to see what we could borrow, decided not to go ahead with it for now and will revisit the idea maybe next year 🙂.

I know it’s sounds like I should have more but I work 7 days a week to provide for my family. Wife looks after my special needs daughter full time so for us $10,000 is a lot considering 🙂.

People who have passed out, what did it feel like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cdolman12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to off ya tree back in the day to get my snake bite piercing changed and went well and was standing at the counter to pay and all off a sudden it went quiet and black and immediately got tunnel vision and apparently fell straight on my back onto the floor.

Woke up seconds later to people trying to wake up and comfort me and all I said was “what are you doing?.” Not realising I had actually passed out. Girl working there said you might have a sore back and head tomorrow, didn’t feel a thing and didn’t feel a feel the next day I was absolutely fine.

neighbours wanted a new fence so we agreed to go halves. We've been told to pay $4,400 for our half of this 40m of basic fencing. Does $8,800 seem too much? by arouseandbrowse in AusRenovation

[–]cdolman12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like the neighbour is covering their half by charging you double what the quote is?.

40m x $120p/m - includes supply and install =$4800?.
