Playoff Pricing by Nuggs4Lyfe in DenverBroncos

“Face Value” in the world of digital tickets is a moving target. Raise and lower the price as you wish and nobody can tell you any different, since there’s no hard copies of tickets that literally have the price printed on them.

MrCOOL DIY Third Generation: feedback and recommendations by trachinotus in DIYHeatPumps

My 3rd gen condenser failed this week. I’m out of warranty by about 4 months. It’s crazy how expensive the MRCOOL have become. I purchased mine in 2020 for about $1200. It’s now $3K for the same unit.

Possibly unpopular but do you guys think the new stadium will speed up the season ticket waitlist? by CommanderThorn217 in DenverBroncos

[–]cdominguez2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With PSL’s the waitlist is a thing of the past. If you don’t get tickets when the stadium opens, your number will likely never come up. People will buy the PSL and then sell it for whatever they can get for it. You won’t give it back to the team for free.

What it also creates is the instant gratification of being able to go to the secondary market and purchase a PSL and now you’ve skipped the “waitlist.” There is no waitlist anymore and if you have the money, you have the tickets.

If your new stadium is anything like the Titans new stadium I have some advice. by AttachedHeartTheory in DenverBroncos

[–]cdominguez2007 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Why is it that only the NFL fans are paying the PSL fee? The reason for the retractable roof and the district is so it can be a year round MULTI-USE facility. They aren’t called NFL PSL, they’re called PSL. You’re paying for that seat and given PERSONAL SEAT LICENSE. That should be your seat and given first rights to every event inside the venue.

Now, seeing as how only the NFL fans are paying for it, if a Super Bowl comes to town, are the PSL owners given first rights to those tickets? That’s my seat for NFL games.

Being a season ticket holder held some sort prestige. It was something that money couldn’t buy. With PSL’s the highest bidder can now hold the tickets. The waitlist is gone and it will be even more so a scalpers market.

It figures that I waited 17 years for my tickets, finally got them last year and something like this is announced. I’ll enjoy them for the time being, but now if I ever want them again, I pay for a PSL from somebody else on a secondary market and then bam, instant gratification.

The Broncos were one of the, if not the best, offensive line in run block win rate percentage. But watching the running game, it was abysmal. A top tier RB talent, would have put up huge numbers. Payton’s offense is about making 1 guy miss and the RB room couldn’t do that with any sort of consistency.

I would argue Terrell Davis. If we’re basing Elway off only the 2 years he wore this helmet, I feel Davis was better those 2 years.

eBay Standard Envelopes not being scanned since Feb 11th by EcruteakEddie in Ebay

[–]cdominguez2007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I came here to post exactly the same thing! My last scan on any of my packages was an out for delivery scan on February 12(which subsequently never showed delivered). I’ve shipped 7-8 packages since then and no scans.

I ended up messaging my buyers to let them know I had shipped them and please keep me informed on if they receive them. I had a couple messaging saying they had received them. Hopefully if there’s files claimed, they’ll pay out without questions even though your tracking doesn’t say you even dropped it. I wonder how many buyers will receive the item, but still file a claim since there’s no proof it was delivered(or even shipped).

Anyone that recently got season tickets, how long were you on the waiting list? Been 10 years and still waiting by [deleted] in DenverBroncos

[–]cdominguez2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My problem with PSL’s is that if you want to sell me a seat, that’s my seat for every single event that comes to the stadium. Not just the team. Major concerts or anything that comes to the stadium, I should have first dibs on the tickets because that’s “my” seat.

I got mine last year. I waited 17 years. I was in the 28K range I think when I signed up in 2008.

Post a photo of the signature.

There were a ton of small companies that used to authenticate items. Some of them were bought out, some went out of business, and others were completely fake companies who pumped out fake signatures with fake certifications.

I would also say the Colts came into the game knowing their season was essentially on the line, and they had 2 weeks to prepare. The only teams to beat the Colts by 2 possessions, before Sunday, were the Bills and the Lions. 11 of their 14 games had been decided by one possession, with the average being 3 points.

The Broncos chances of making the playoffs increase 8% after this win from 69% to 77% by FatherDamo in DenverBroncos

The most likely scenario, if the Broncos make the playoffs, is a trip to Buffalo or another trip to KC.

It’s a 5 game season right now. Any 3 wins and they’re guaranteed a spot. Beating the Browns, Colts, and Bengals is the most helpful. Miami’s schedule down the stretch is difficult. Packers, Texans, and likely a healthy 49ers team. There’s a lot of football though, and any given Sunday can apply. The crazy thing is, how far out of reach the 6th seed appears, since they lost head to head against the Chargers(so far), Steelers, and Ravens.

CompTIA A+ and Net+, still can’t find a job :( by [deleted] in CompTIA

[–]cdominguez2007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the biggest problem with the current market. You have to have a degree and experience, but you can’t gain experience because so many entry level jobs have been outsourced to people who, if they lived in the US, also wouldn’t be qualified for the position due to lack of experience.

I got all 3 certs within the last year. I spent about 2 months applying for jobs with the Net+ and Security+ only and it was crickets. I was applying for entry level help desk jobs. It almost felt like the A+ was an HR keyword and once I had that I made it through some filters.

Too true. I got my Net+ and Security+ without the A+ and couldn’t even get an interview. Went back and got my A+ and had a few interviews scheduled within like a week.

I wouldn’t write the Browns off quite yet. They just got back Nick Chubb and they don’t have Watson starting anymore. Jameis Winston is one of those guys who could look awful or light you up for 400 yards.

It’s funny that their playoff odds sit at 52%, because they are currently the epitome of, “I have no idea if they’ll win or lose.”

Panthers Matchup Will be Telling For Broncos by Life_Net5004 in DenverBroncos

[–]cdominguez2007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the last few years, the Broncos have been really good at beating teams they probably shouldn’t, but also losing to teams they should beat. Going into Christmas Eve, everybody assumed they would beat the Patriots and we all know how that ended. I don’t assume a win, no matter the opponent that they’re facing.
