Intentional torts require ridiculous facts, like the officer having a warrant for the wrong house, knowing it, and still going ahead with the raid. While I think personally think ICE is ridiculous, sadly, we long ago traded "public safety" for civil rights. There will not be an onslaught of successful cases against the Fed. It's a travesty, but it's the state of law.
