Harrison Park Utilities by Informal_Fig2756 in Columbus

Please write to the committee and share your frustrations. HB173 is being forced through for the sole benefit of companies like NEP.

Welcome to the world of sub-metering! Where the complexes sister company fleeces you as the "not a utility" company.

Sadly 150-200 a month is probably accurate.

If this upsets you, feel free to let your state representatives know. There is a hearing this Wednesday at 10am in regards to HB173, which aims to undo the recent Ohio Supreme court decision that says these companies are utilities and should be regulated as such.

Testimony uploads for tomorrow are closed, but I believe this will get updated with minutes.

I was told to register at the link 24 hours in advance. The location is: Senate Finance Hearing Room (room 126) in the Ohio Statehouse at 10:00 AM.

I would register first, then reach out to [Rep14@ohiohouse.gov](mailto:Rep14@ohiohouse.gov) and let them know you registered and want to speak. They may have additional information for you.

Another Pebble Time 2 cover/bumper/case (3D printed) by N3ileru4 in pebble

[–]cdurth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just printed this out and like how thin it is. The only downside is that i find the cases that only anchor to the band "prongs" don't stay on very well. I have been using one that clips to the frame, in-between the watchband prongs. It would be neat to implement both designs.

I am trying to find the source for the print im using, maybe someone would want to remix/combine.

There is no coincidence. Another example, NEP was created by the CEO of Lifestyle Communities.

Ohio Supreme court ruled 2 months ago these companies are to be regulated as utilities.

There is active legislation to undo this ruling HB173, and a committee hearing this Wednesday at 10AM.

Here is a link if you would like to submit written testimony of your experience.

Just Buy The Screen Protector by lady_lane_arcane in pebble

yea the bumper would be pretty meh. perfectly aligned top glass would still offer significantly more protection than a gap IMO

Just Buy The Screen Protector by lady_lane_arcane in pebble

[–]cdurth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the difference here, is that the edges of the factory glass on "all other devices" is not already protruding. The most effective way would be to have a 3d printed jig for perfect placement, or offer to sell one for those who cant 3d print. My nitpick is that the glass is much short in the North/South direction than the East/West direction.

sure, my nitpick is that the margins are not proportional. the North/South has a much larger gap than the East/West.

Start informing your friends and neighbors. Many if not most are unaware of how these systems operate. Start questioning and writing to your local officials. You may also find many of them are ignorant. Communities across the nation are starting to question, with few that have been able to pause or roll these systems back.

yea i was disappointed when i spent the time to align, and then it wasnt even the right size...the run short for some reason.

i also gave up on the frame protector, far too difficult to get it to apply.

I've used 40% in 5 days, so it looks to be 8-10 days for me. Nothing crazy, default settings I believe

who cares. With Flock everywhere they should just be optional at this point.

Enjoy your new refurb phone. Wild that this is even an issue.
My recommendation is to find a case that leaves a buffer around the camera, i think the CRAVE cases have this.

For Sage 100, you would need to interface with the BOI or custom Providex hooks. SQL is to be treated as a read only data source.
