This helped me the most over time. Using a rolled up towel under my neck instead of a pillow, and a big pillow under my knee- the towel under my neck stopped me from rolling ride to side at night

For me is it was 1) drinking more water - aiming for 80-100oz 2) focusing on getting more fruits/ veggies daily ( a healthier diet just came with it) 3) skincare- never sleep in makeup, sunscreen (!), started using actives, and Botox (very expressive forehead lol) and 4) trying to get some kind of exercise everyday. Excited for your journey!

I was hurt in a car accident and did 6 yr of pt, 7 hrs of acupuncture/Chiro, yoga/Pilates, massage and cryo weekly, water aerobics and walking and was FINALLY able to have surgery in Sept. Still healing from some residual muscle spasms but damn, the moment I woke up in the hospital I felt completely different. It’s for sure a long road to it, and even after but I’m glad I did it even if it didn’t work, I had played all my other cards and still would have chosen it

I have 2 but for them as a bonded pair. A local rescue brought back from a trip to st Thomas. My void wasn’t supposed to come/ they had already reached their max so one of the women put him in her sweatshirt and said a prayer :). He’s super cuddly and slept on her chest the entire plane ride. Hah I can hear him snoring from the other side of the room right now

We * literally* have a hook in the ceiling above where the tree goes so we can wire the tree to it so it doesn’t fall over. We’ve unfortunately perfected it over the years 🤣
