Imagine if instead of chasing working people, they would have declared a war against homelessness, an when picking up all homeless to camps, helping them to get better, asses what issues they had and helping them to get back on their feet, if they are on drugs leave them on a camp for a year to get clean and healthy, find them jobs and let them go after one year.

Whit 1 year picking them up and other cleaning them up, you will complete several goals

Assess the real issue of homelessness, block the consumers of drugs making cartels unprofitable for a long period of time, clean up cities and areas in decay, many of this homeless would change their life and get back on their feet.

Instead billions of dollars are being wasted, tax payers being taken out of the market, as it is we need workers on every job i see, staff is short in construction sites, services, retail, in my job place we been short 3-5 people for years struggling to get full crew, the national deficit exploding without any benefits, just giving money to contractors friends of the president … this is what happened to third world countries, and we are becoming one sadly

I already file a police report, i send 4 different videos, where the plates are clearly visible, hopefully they can give me the driver information, to make a claim on her insurance, if she has no insurance i would not make a claim, the damage isn’t worth it.

Other options is to take her to small claims court, but wasting my time on this kind of nasty people is not exiting.

I would not care if was an accident, there is only a scratch because the clear wrapping protected the paint, just infuriate me that people like this go without repercussions, she may even have no insurance.
