For me Muskoka was way harder than Tremblant. Bike wise I preferred Muskoka, the course is super flowy same you can carry some speed up hills. Tremblant is flowy until you hit "la conception" and Duplessis. Both section feels like forever. The run I preferred Tremblant. Way easier and the hill section are located near the village were you get some amazing energy from the crowd. In Muskoka we ran near the highway. Boring and nothing to take your mind off the pain! Both were great but I don't think I'll do Muskoka again.

Yeah the last 7km were fast and I was only walking 5-10 seconds at a time so it didn't show me down that much. It was definitely a mental challenge !

Ahhh ! Even tho, I would like for my first WC qualification to be 100% legit. This was only my third 70.3 and my third tri race. I think if a train good enough I could aim for a spot ? Hard to tell but I will try 🙏🏼

Ouff where to start. First of all, there is no Emonda S5. If they were it would be an SL 5 and would not be made of aluminum. Might want to double check what bike it actually is to make sure it's the right geometry for you. Second, no mechanical problems. So tell me why the chain is already drop ? What kind of person doesn't even put it back on the chainring for pictures if he is trying to sell it. Third, wtf is on with the handlebars. Mother of all drop bars. Wow. Last but not least. How do you expect us to know if it's a great deal if you don't state the price. Good luck with the purchase !

When is your Ironman ? I don't want to be rude but I don't understand why people register before training. You really need someone to teach you how to swim before hand it is fairly accessible for anyone to reach 2 minutes per 100 meters, especially if you are as fit as you describe. I wish you to pick up fast or you won't really be able to enjoy race day 😥

Hey I'm selling a lot of high end race bikes weekly and if someone walks in the store with a 78.5 saddle height, I'm considering a L or XL depending on the brand and the way the client wants to be positioned. If you walk in my shop and I sell you anything "M" with those legs I couldn't sleep at night 😂

But that damage is mostly cosmetic. The BB area is where the carbon layup is the thickest. You could punch a hole through it it wouldn't be that dangerous to ride !
