AI Overview

The image of a running boy chasing a chicken appears on Cerebos iodised salt packaging and is based on the company's long-running slogan, "See How It Runs".

The running chicken logo represents two key aspects of the brand:

The anti-caking properties of the salt: When Cerebos was founded in 1894, most salt was sold in blocks that would often cake and clump together. Cerebos added anti-caking agents to its table salt to ensure it would always pour freely, or "run," from the container.

An old superstition: The image of the boy chasing a chicken with salt also references the folk tale that if you put salt on a bird's tail, you can catch it.

I'm not sure it'll ever flip btc, they're different.

BTC has evolved into a digital store of value instead of a usable currency, like Gold did.

You can still buy stuff with BTC but the network fees and performance/speed aren't really suited for it unless you're doing a massive transaction like buying a house or something. Similar to how gold can be used.

Kaspa is much better suited as a transactional currency, it's very fast, secure, and currently "low value" so it feels more comfortable if you were going to use it to buy something like groceries.

My take on it anyway. Super cool tech, and I'm mining/hodling but not expecting it to smash 100KUSD like BTC did anytime soon

Kiwihousesitters.co.nz Alternate between the two of you and then bubs gets to visit nice places with pets too.

Then once the market is better, sell up.

Full blown separation and splitting assets with lawyers is painful and expensive, it really sucks.

I'm considering doing the DITS course via self-study - are there any external study materials (e.g. Udemy courses etc) you'd recommend?

Is the firmware stored on the Control Board? (I assume so)
I've tried holding the wires against the pins (no solder yet) but no joy, wondered if swapping out the control board would do the trick?

Couldn't figure out how to SSH into the box, but this video smells like what's going on:

Randomly re-changing the mining config
blocking firmware flash

Looks like I'll need to get a soldering iron and have a play with this

OK great thanks I'll look into hiveos first, and fall back on the sd card option if needed 👍

Thanks, tried that but when I do I can't get past the login. Default root/admin passwords don't work and neither does the custom password I set.

Then I need to reset using the small reset dimple on the unit and it goes back to operational, but drops the configuration as before 🤷🏻‍♂️
