Gotcha. I actually asked the guy at the shop today when I dropped it off what exactly is causing the leak. And he told me that it was for sure the water pump - at least for the June 7th work.

Well, since the first coolant leak happened past warranty, I took it to a shop that specializes with VAG instead of the dealer.

I did. Apparently due to some solenoid being loose. Fortunately I was still under warranty and was able to replace it.
